Samara Lee is a specialist in nonprofit formation, HR systems, and school/training program setup. As Director of Operations & Organizational Development, she helps ensure that Seed2Sea’s people, policies, and processes are built to last.
Samara supports the teams behind the Florida Blue Reef initiative, designing structures that make collaboration easier, expectations clearer, and stewardship of staff and volunteers more intentional.
